New Zealand Herald: Commissioner appointed, Intelligence recommissioned

The Governor General has just announced Orders in Councils announcing the appointment of Sir SheamusOCallaghan as Commissioner of the New Zealand Police and also announcing the reestablishment of Intelligence Community and the establishment of the New Zealand Intelligence Service and the Government Communications Service Bureau. An Inspector General has not been appointed yet, though according to official sources it may be a Government Member.
